What’s your turnaround on bespoke orders?
Although I aim to get these finished sooner, please allow up to 10 weeks for your bespoke piece to be made.
Can I send you two sets of ashes to be put into the same ring?
Yes, absolutely! I accept any type of ashes whether it’s animal, human, mixed or separated.
What do you do with any leftover ashes?
Any left over ashes are sent back to you with your finished item of jewellery.
Can I have a dog nose print ring instead of a paw print?
Yes, you can take animal nose or paw prints as long as it has a texture, just make sure the nose is dry before taking an impression.
What materials do you use?
I only work with sterling silver and 9ct gold.
I have a special piece of sea glass that I want turned into some jewellery, how do I go about placing an order?
Head over to my bespoke page and click on ‘use my own glass’
How much ashes do you require for your memorial jewellery?
I only require half a teaspoon per item of jewellery.
How do I keep my jewellery in good condition?
Head over to my aftercare, everything you need to know about looking after your jewellery will be there.
Can I send you hair to be added into a piece of jewellery?
I’m afraid I don’t work with hair.
